Makeups

Lessons missed with notice of at least 24 hours before lesson time will be refunded on the next months billing.  No shows will be counted as a lesson and billable.   so no makeups need to be scheduled, I just wont charge you for absences as long as I'm not left waiting.

Vacation

• each month you will be billed for the number of lessons scheduled that month. Usually this is 4 however there are some months when there will be 5, and vacation months in July and December where there will be 2. 

• home school vouchers pay with a flat monthly rate, not changing with how many lessons per month. 

• two week vacations take place first two weeks of July and the Christmas through New years weeks in Dec/ Jan 

• I will be available through Fall and Spring breaks with the exception of Thanksgiving long weekend. Students with lessons on Thanksgiving long weekend will be canceled in advance and not charged.
